Delivery
Shipping within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R150, but we do offer free shipping on orders above R1000 for SA deliveries. International shipping can be calculated at checkout. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Returns can be made within 30 days after purchase for refund or exchange for South African customers only.
The courier costs to return and resend will be covered by the customer.
If the product is being returned because it arrived damaged, we will carry the courier expense to exchange it.
All returned goods need to be in their original packaging.
International refunds are not possible due to the cost of shipping and return to sender duties.
South African refunds will be issued as coupons to spend on dakotas.co.za and will not be valid on shipping charges.
